2008 Will Be Great

Howdy again ya'll,
Well, here it is again, another new year and it has started out great. This year I plan on, "plowing new ground," "resist, resist, resist," and "never, never, never," giving up. With the new life that I have been given and the strong messages that I have been enjoying there is no reason to go anywhere else. The fellowship meeting was a big encouragement to me and then we got a report card simulation this past Sunday. I tried real hard in school to get a high grade in all my subjects and I want to score real high on the report card of life. When I get to the judgment I don't want any doubt or question as to whether I can enter the pearly gate. I am endeavoring to live as close to the gospel as I can and by so doing I hope that I can be a help to someone else. With all my good intentions, I know that I can do nothing without the help of God and I need His strength to accomplish all of it. I know that without Him I am nothing so when you think of me pray for me.
Ya'll be good,
Poppi

Good Post little brother. Stay encouraged - with the messages we are hearing lately - we have no excuse to do anything BUT stay saved & encouraged.

Hope your feeling better when you read this. I know you've been having the sickies as we.

Brother, again I will mention that I am glad that you are saved!! I believe that I was praying for you today (in my daily prayers) and I am glad that you are saved. I definitely prayed for you when you weren't saved. Just keep in mind even through some of those "storms" that there are people who for real care about you.

Plowing new ground while resisting is the way to go for me too.

God is good- Have a good year just drawing close to the one who loves you best! Stay encouraged

Nicky
